Excellent Performance per Buck
Excellent product and value for every buck. Intel processors beats on AMD. I used to have a tx1000 series with A Turion and this one is twice as fast. will recommend

HP Customer Service Sucks
Bought this model a while back. Only giving it 2 stars cus it lasted me a year. Hate it because the left hinge broke, did some researched and realized its a design flaw.

The most bang for your buck
I shopped around a lot, and when I found this laptop for this price, I compared the configuration/price ratio with Dell, Apple, etc… No one came close.
